Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All products sold on HEESAY STORE are digital — subscriptions, top-ups, license keys, and gift codes. No physical shipping is involved.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are delivered within 5 minutes to 6 hours after payment confirmation. Some products may take up to 24 hours depending on supplier availability. You will receive delivery on your provided account/user ID or email.

3. Order Tracking

You can check your order status by contacting our support team with your order ID or the email used during checkout.

4. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your order is not delivered within the stated window, please contact support@heesaystore.com. We will investigate and either complete your delivery or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.

5. Incorrect Account Details

Deliveries made to a user ID/account provided by the customer are final. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
