How and when your digital products are delivered after purchase.
Digital delivery
All products on HeeSay Store are digital. Delivery happens electronically to the account, ID or contact details you provide at checkout — nothing is shipped physically.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases of high demand or platform issues, delivery may take longer and our support team will keep you updated.
Accurate details
Please double-check your account ID, username or contact number before confirming an order. We cannot redeliver to a wrong account entered by the customer.
Delivery confirmation
Once your product is delivered, you will receive a confirmation. If anything looks wrong, contact support immediately with your order number.
