1. Service overview
TopUp Zone is a third-party recharge service that facilitates top-ups for social platforms including Heesay, Likee, Bigo Live and TikTok. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with these platforms.
2. Orders & delivery
After placing an order, our team processes it manually. Delivery time is typically 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the platform. You are responsible for providing the correct User ID — orders delivered to a wrong ID due to buyer error cannot be refunded.
3. Payment
Payment instructions are shared after order placement. Orders are only fulfilled after payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available only when we are unable to fulfil the order (e.g., platform-side outage). Once VIP/SVIP/coins are delivered to your account, the order is final.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use this service to violate the terms of the underlying platforms, for fraud, money laundering, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
6. Account information
You agree to provide accurate contact details (email, phone) so we can reach you about your order. Your information is used only to fulfil your order and is never sold.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for platform-side actions such as account bans, feature changes, or price changes.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
