Refund Policy

All digital products sold on HEESAY STORE are delivered electronically. Because delivered keys, licenses and top-ups cannot be returned, sales are generally final.

When you are eligible for a refund

  • We are unable to fulfil your order.
  • The delivered key or license is invalid and we cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate payment for the same order.

When refunds are not available

  • Wrong User ID or account details provided by the buyer.
  • Product already activated, redeemed or delivered.
  • Change of mind after successful delivery.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details and a clear description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
